1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver license to rent a vehicle from Sewakereta.my. The driver\u2019s license must be valid for the entire duration of the rental period.

1.2 Identification: A valid government-issue ID and agreed to be background checked during booking process.

1.3 Rental Agreement: You agree to abide by the terms outlined in the Rental Agreement provided at the time of vehicle pickup. This agreement will include specific terms related to the rental period, payment, and vehicle use.

2.1 Booking Process: Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit\\/debit cards. The total cost of the rental will include the base rental rate, applicable taxes, fees, and any additional services or products selected.

2.3 Cancellations and Modifications: Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. If you fail to cancel or modify within this timeframe, a cancellation fee may apply.

2.4 Refunds: if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that certain fees and charges may be non-refundable.

3.1 Authorized Drivers: Only the person(s) listed on the Rental Agreement are authorized to drive the rental vehicle. Allowing unauthorized individuals to drive the vehicle may result in additional fees and void any insurance coverage.

3.2 Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when rented, except for normal wear and tear. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear will be the renter\u2019s responsibility.

3.3 Mileage and Fuel: Mileage limits and fuel policies will be stated in the Rental Agreement. The renter is responsible for refueling the vehicle before returning it, or a refueling charge will be applied.

3.4 Prohibited Uses: The rental vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, racing, off-roading, or transporting hazardous materials. The vehicle must not be driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair driving ability.

3.5 Accidents and Damage: In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, you must report it to us immediately. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.

4.1 Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included with your rental. Additional coverage options are available and can be purchased at the time of booking. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by the insurance policy.

4.2 We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the rental period. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles.

5.1 Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.2 Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data and are not responsible for unauthorized access.

6.1 Termination: We reserves the right to terminate or suspend your rental agreement at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

6.2 Early Termination: If the rental agreement is terminated early due to a violation, you may be responsible for additional fees and charges.

These Terms and the Rental Agreement are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Rental Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

We reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
